The Floorplan -  Ground Floor - main living area, kitchen, porches, washroom, 2-large bedrooms. -  Top Floor - 4 rooms, balcony, hall Ground Floor The ground floor or the main living area featuring a great room combined with a large and spacious kitchen.  Just a few steps away from the open air patio deck that overlooks the outdoor sunny pool, a screen porch and sun patio are attached. The kitchen is designed to be a high activity area, allowing for more than two cooks there at any time.  It also has a backdoor access allowing the transfer of groceries, supplies and sundries accessible from the main driveway. The two bedrooms designed to accommodate individuals who are physically challenged.  The facilities within the bedrooms are wheelchair accessible and has steel bars in the bathrooms for additional support.  A wheel-chair ramp is adjacent to the main living area making it easy for access to and from the outside of the house.  There is also a porch on the front of the house.   Top Floor   There are four (4) bedrooms on the top floor, each with wide windows offering a picturesque view of the beautiful shining white dunes, and the nearby shoreline.   There are two large bedrooms upstairs - one featuring a great king-sized bed, and another with two queen-sized surfaces.  The other two rooms feature twin beds perfect for the kids.  In any case, we've been able to switch the smaller beds around to accommodate any family arrangements.
