Meet "Allie" the bull
shark. She frequents the reefs and the low range off
Seagrove. She minds herself, but never misses to
swim by and say hello. Notice her personal
bodyguards [ramora] that keep her company.

This spotted ray was almost oblivious to us, but we know
where to look between the coral and crannies to spot these
wonderful creatures. These are very shy animals, but
they will remain still if you kept your distance.

This was a interesting trip one late summer when we came across
a rare sighting of an Artic Lion. These giant
species of jellyfish visit Seagrove occasionally.
Can you see the surrounding fishes taking bits off the
long tentacles. This particular creature had
tentacles up to 8 feet long and its head was 4 feet
around.

Ever seen a cleaning station in action. We managed
to get real close to this one in the Caymans. This
grouper decided it needed some maintenance work done, so
it solicited the services of some cleaner species.
Take note of the fishes taking turn in the mouth of the
grouper.

Chameleons don't only exist on trees. Check out this
little fish.

Here is the highlight of the whole
trip off the Cayman. This sunken ship has been
around for a good while. This old patrol boat now
serves a sanctuary for many indigenous marine life forms.
